According to Companies Ordinances of Hong Kong, all limited companies in Hong Kong requires accounts to be audited by external auditors.
Inland Revenue Ordinance also stipulates that audited accounts be submitted with profits tax returns.
Our services include :-
- Perform financial audit and issue auditor’s reports on the accounts of companies in various industries in accordance to the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Auditing Standards and relevant rules and regulations as issued by Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We would also advise company’s Directors to comply with the relevant regulations and perform their duties from time to time.
- Perform special audit and issue relevant reports on company mergers, divisions, liquidations, etc.
- Other audits as stipulated by laws and regulations, such as lawsuits, bank loans, financing, etc.
- Perform internal auditing for corporates allow customers to establish more efficient and practical internal management systems.
根據香港公司條例，所有香港的有限公司須由外部核數師為賬目進行審計。
香港稅務條例亦訂明，提交利得稅報稅表時須連同經審計賬目一併提交。

- 依據香港公司法、香港會計師公會核數準則及相關規定,對不同行業的公司的賬目進行財務審計，發表核數報告，並適時提醒公司董事遵循各有關條例及囑咐履行其職責。
